Neighbourhood Development Plan Consultation – May 2025

Bedford Borough Council,  Planning Policy, has received approval to start the consultation for the Neighbourhood Development Plan in May 2025. They have issued a notice stating:-

CONSULTATION ON THE
BRICKHILL NEIGHBOURHOOD
DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Your Parish Council has submitted the Brickhill Neighbourhood Development Plan to Bedford Borough Council, and now, as part of the plan-making process, we invite you to send in your views.

The neighbourhood plan and supporting documents are available to view on Bedford Borough Council’s website at: www.bedford.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplanning

If you are unable to view online, you can look at a paper copy of the documents at:

St Mark’s Church, Calder Rise, Bedford, England MK41 7UY
During office hours, 9am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Representations must be made in writing, preferably using the consultation form available on the website, and can be:
• emailed to: planningforthefuture@bedford.gov.uk; or
• Posted (with a stamp) to:
Planning Policy Team, Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AP.

REPRESENTATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY
5PM ON 20 JUNE 2025

All comments will be taken into consideration by the independent person appointed to formally examine the neighbourhood plan.
