Complaint Procedure

Brickhill Parish Council strives to provide a high standard of service to the public. In the interests of openness and the desire to seek continuous improvement, the Council encourages anyone who feels dissatisfied with the service provided, to bring this to their attention.

A Code of Conduct, which can be viewed online, has been adopted under Section 28 of the Localism Act 2011 and sets out the behaviour Bedford Borough Council expect all Councillors to observe whenever they are carrying out Council business. If you feel a councillor has breached their Code of Conduct, your complaint should be directed to Bedford Borough Council direct using this link:- Complaints About Councillors

A number of complaints can be handled on a local level and for these we have our own Complaints Policy which can also be viewed online. It provides guidance on how to make a complaint and the steps we subsequently take.
