Woodlands Park boundary path problems

The path that runs parallel to Grenadier Close and Browney Path is badly cracked in places. It was repaired previously, before the path was formally adopted (which is when the Borough Council takes responsibility for it from the developer). The most recent crackks were reported to Bedford Borough Council, who responded by closing the path for a while.

The Borough asked Brickhill Parish Council if  the tarmac path could be replaced with a loose surface material such as the path that leads from Ashmead Road into Clapham Park woods. The parish council replied that it wants a properly restored path, suitable for everyone to use.
