Everyone welcome for fun, friendship and support!

Join us to meet bpha colleagues, discover local community support groups, and enjoy a range of activities for all ages.

Activities include:

• Jo Jingles music session for children
• Chairobics — gentle seated exercise for older adults
• Friendly chats with local support teams

Free services:

• Electrical appliance safety checks (PAT testing) Make sure your electrical appliances are safe — bring them along for free testing
• Free refreshments!
