Are you affected by anti-social behaviour? A leaflet with details of the main agencies who might be able to help you was delivered to all homes in Brickhill with the June edition of the Brickhill Parish Council newsletter. To download a copy click here.
This leaflet was produced after a meeting in May with representatives from Brickhill Parish Council (councillors and clerk), Bedford Borough Council (councillors, Environmental Health, Trading Standards), Bedfordshire Police, bpha, and Places for People. The meeting was called because of concerns about anti-social behaviour in some parts of Brickhill. One of the results of the meeting was the decision to quickly produce and circulate the information leaflet, so residents would be better informed about actions that they could take.
Brickhill has a new natural play area on Waveney Green designed especially for children aged 8 – 13 yrs. The site and the equipment were chosen after consultation with the community of Brickhill.
Ahoy there! First chance to play on the boat at the Waveney Play area
The play area is intended to encourage children to enjoy imaginative, challenging and stimulating play.
The play area was opened on 21st May and has proved to be very popular with local children.
Brickhill Parish Council published its latest newsletter in June 2010. The newsletter included the Brickhill Policing Partnership newsletter.
